Hey. I'm making a brand new fancy page just for you guys, Central High Japanese classes. It's gonna be awesome.
Here's what you need to know about it for now:
1. What is this?
It's a Weebly page, built on a free publishing platform. I'm using it because it's free, and I'm poor.
2. No, I mean, why do you have a webpage for class?
Because there is a metric buttload of awesome stuff I want to share with all of you, but I only ever get to see you once a week for 50 minutes at a time. Ergo, all that stuff goes here.
3. What kind of stuff are we talking about?
Everything. First and foremost, all the handouts and on-paper tools I give you in class are available for download here. That means if you lose your cheat sheet or your dog eats it or whatever, you can make another copy all on your own. That ALSO means that if you come to class and ask me for another copy, I'm going to tell you to go to this site, download the file, and print it yourself. I'll say it nicely, but I won't make a bunch of spare copies for anybody who needs a duplicate. Saving trees, saving time.
Secondly, all the tools I cannot give you in class, for reasons of time or logistics, are going to be available here. Dictionaries, review sites, quiz tools, games, music, jokes, manga, anime, J-TV, online stores for Japanese goods, maps to find the best sushi in town, etc. All here. At your disposal.
Thirdly, this will be the main portal for you to contact me for those 6 days, 23 hours, and 15 minutes of every week that I am NOT directly available for you to ask questions. My email is here, and there's a contact form.
Alright? Alright.
It only gets better from here. :3
